PRO does not automatically grant Google Health access. Review Google Health availability in Stride before subscribing. Connections depend on source availability and permissions; a paid plan cannot create missing readings.

Does Free start a trial or subscription?

No. Choosing Free does not require a payment method, start a trial or automatically upgrade you. Sleep, activity and health signals stay available. You must explicitly confirm an eligible PRO purchase with Apple.

Does PRO include a Google Health connection?

Source access and membership are separate. Review Google Health availability for your account in Stride before subscribing. If access requires a request, a subscription does not guarantee approval or reserve a place. Your plan includes the listed PRO features when compatible data is available. Apple Health has its own device and permission requirements.

How does the annual trial work?

An eligible annual subscription can include a seven-day trial. Eligibility and the exact offer are displayed before purchase. Unless cancelled within Apple’s required timeframe, the subscription renews into the paid annual plan. Monthly and six-month plans do not include this annual trial offer.

How do renewal and cancellation work?

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple. Manage your subscription in the app or in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Account deletion, uninstalling the app and disconnecting a health source do not cancel Apple billing. See the membership terms.

What happens when PRO ends?

Sleep, activity and health signals remain available. You can read existing Journal and Plan entries and use account, export, deletion and billing controls. Features that require active PRO access lock again. Membership expiry does not itself delete your saved records.

What if a purchase does not appear?

Use Restore purchases with the Stride account and Apple account associated with the purchase. If verification is temporarily unavailable, retry when online instead of purchasing again. See membership support.
