No. Choosing Free does not require a payment method, start a trial or automatically upgrade you. Complete Sleep stays available. You must explicitly confirm an eligible PRO purchase with Apple.
An eligible annual subscription can include a seven-day trial. Eligibility and the exact offer are displayed before purchase. Unless cancelled within Apple’s required timeframe, the subscription renews into the paid annual plan. Monthly and six-month plans do not include this annual trial offer.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple. Manage your subscription in the app or in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Account deletion, uninstalling the app and disconnecting a health source do not cancel Apple billing. See the membership terms.
Complete Sleep remains available. You can read existing Journal and Plan entries and use account, export, deletion and billing controls. Features that require active PRO access lock again. Membership expiry does not itself delete your saved records.
Use Restore purchases with the Stride account and Apple account associated with the purchase. If verification is temporarily unavailable, retry when online instead of purchasing again. See membership support.
Stride is on its way to iOS and Android.
