Wearables can record a great deal. Understanding those records is a different task. Stride brings sleep, recovery, movement and personal check-ins into one view, with explanations that keep the context close to the number.

The product is designed for adults who want to understand their days. It makes room for rest and ordinary routines, as well as exercise. It does not ask you to treat every day as a test.

Clarity is part of the product.

Missing readings stay missing. Baselines take observations. Source data and estimates are identified separately. Associations in a journal are not presented as proven causes.

Who operates Stride.

Stride is operated by Afek Banyas. It is independent of Apple, Google, Fitbit and other wearable manufacturers. Their names describe compatibility or data sources, not sponsorship or endorsement.

How we prepare our content.

Stride’s product team prepares the website’s guides and product explanations. Product statements are checked against implemented behavior. Educational articles link to primary documentation or research so you can examine the source and its limitations.

Content may be prepared with AI assistance and is checked against its cited sources and product implementation before publication. We do not present these guides as independent clinical reviews or attribute them to medical professionals who did not review them. Publication and update dates reflect actual editorial work, not automatic daily changes.

Sample app screenshots contain fictional data and may show a preview interface. Lifestyle images are illustrative, AI-generated editorial images, not testimonials or depictions of named customers.

Stride is in development and testing. The App Store and Google Play links will become available when each release is ready. Current iOS capabilities and planned Android availability are described separately.
