Delete your account in Stride

You need to be signed into the account you want to remove. Sample mode has no real account to delete.

  1. Open your profile.

Tap the profile icon in the app to open Your space.

  2. Choose Delete account.

Scroll past the Data & trust section and the sign-out button.

  3. Confirm your choice.

Read what will be removed, enter DELETE, then choose Delete account. This cannot be undone.

You can use Export your data first if you want a copy. The export may contain sensitive health information.

If an error appears, deletion has not been confirmed. Sign in again if needed and retry with an internet connection, or contact support. Stride must revoke the Google connection before completing removal.

What this removes

A successful deletion removes your Stride account, imported health records, journal entries, profile and plans from the active application database. It revokes the Google Health connection and signs out the account.

Your original Google Health records are unaffected. Deleting the app from your phone, signing out, or choosing Disconnect alone does not remove your Stride account.

We retain your account records while your account remains active. Successful account deletion removes its records from the active database. Infrastructure logs and backups, where present, follow provider retention schedules and are not necessarily erased immediately. Your original Google Health records are unaffected.

If you cannot open the app

You can request account deletion by emailing the Stride privacy contact from the address associated with your account. Ask to delete your Stride account. Do not include health records, passwords or sign-in codes.

We will verify that you control the account before acting.

For sign-in troubleshooting, visit Support. Read Privacy for the data-handling details.
