Find perspective
in your movement.

Bring recorded activity into the same picture as your sleep and recovery. Stride helps you look at the day around the workout, too.

There is more to movement than a total.

Explore recorded activity, workouts and estimated daily load in Stride. Put movement in context with sleep, recovery and your own plans. A Stride PRO feature.

Start with what was recorded.

Review the movement and workouts available from your chosen health source. Steps, duration, energy and heart-rate records depend on the wearable and the records it shares.

Stride reads compatible data through Apple Health or Google Health. It does not directly pair with your wearable over Bluetooth or guarantee that every workout is available immediately after recording.

Understand activity load.

Load is a derived view of recorded activity, not a direct measurement of how difficult your day felt. Interpret it alongside the input records and your own experience.

Different devices can record different signals. A load estimate from Stride should not be treated as interchangeable with a score from another app using another formula.

Look at the days around a session.

Consider available sleep, recovery and activity together. Trends can help you ask better questions about repeating patterns in your own routine.

A quieter day may be deliberate. A demanding day may include things the wearable never captured. Stride adds context without assigning a moral value to a total.

Make a plan you can change.

PRO includes Plan, where you can choose a session, its intensity and duration, and keep track of what you complete. Edit the plan as your day changes.

A planned session is your own intention. It is separate from a workout recorded by your wearable, and planning it does not guarantee it has been completed or imported.
